Support Services
Support Services may be short-term contracts, typically managed remotely with onsite attendance only when necessary. Or alternatively, long-term contracts via SLA (Service Level Agreement) with permanent onsite presence support.

SOFTWISE TECHNOLOGY offers several differing levels of support contracts. From the low-cost ‘prepare for nothing react to everything’ agreement, to the proactive contract with built in quarterly activities such as preventative maintenance, contract performance reviews and quarterly reporting etc, which is amongst the most comprehensive in the industry. As well as eradicating repetitive problems, it provides a valuable knowledge base of past issues and other clear measurement tools. All Support is co-ordinated by our dedicated IT Service Desk or Resident Engineer and can be delivered at customer site or managed remotely.
